BGT 2018: Highlights from Week Two of the Auditions

Britain’s Got Talent continued into its second week last night (April 22), and we were treat to some more incredible performances. Below, we’ve rounded up some of our highlights from Week Two.

Rise

Dance group Rise stole last night’s show, performing with 13-year-old Hollie Booth, who was injured during the Ariana Grande concert last May. The performance paid tribute to the Manchester attack victims and showed that passion, hard work and determination can pay off. We salute the Rise girls!

Lost Voice Guy

Lee Ridley, from Newcastle, may have lost his voice, but he still managed to get the judges roaring with laughter. Lee has cerebral palsy and after falling ill as a baby was left unable to speak. His inspiring performance was a class act, and we can’t wait to see what else he has up his sleeve.

Giang Brothers

The Giang Brothers put their heads together to impress the judges, and left the audience and us at home on the edge of our seats. The duo performed an acrobatic balancing routine, and we couldn’t help but think about how much it would hurt if something went wrong. Needless to say, Quoc Co (33) and Quoc Nghiep (29), both from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, got through to the next round.
