5SOS' Jet Black Heart music video

5SOS’ single Jet Black Heart took over everyone’s heart after the first listen. This deep song with lyrics such as “Everybody’s got their demons, even wide awake or dreaming” and “Cause I’ve got a jet black heart, and there’s a hurricane underneath it” is hiding an important message.

About a month ago, 5SOS contacted their fans through their newsletter with the subject “To Our Amazing Fans…” to get them involved in their next video which would be for Jet Black Heart. Telling their love and dedication for their fans, they then asked them to send an email telling what the song and the album means to them and their own story. Fans from all over the world sent their story, hoping to be featured in the video for Jet Black Heart. We’ve been wondering what they would do with all these stories… Now we know.

The 5SOS Fam took over this video. As 5SOS said, this video was made by them, for them. We love how they included different fans from all over the world in it. We have to be honest, this is the best video they’ve ever made. It doesn’t show much, yet it says a lot. This new music video makes us pretty emotional. In the name of the 5SOS Fam, thank you 5SOS, you rule. We’re so proud of Luke, Calum, Michael and Ashton. Once again, they showed us how incredible they can be.
